UMAX Technology Research Co., Ltd. was officially established on May 1, 2022.
It is an R&D-oriented company integrating development, production, and marketing. Mr. Tsung-han Pai served as the first chairman of the board.

Inheriting the foundation accumulated by MHC Group and starting from the brake technology, UMAX Technology has proposed an innovative variable ratio combined brake system (VCBS) and drum brake shoe weaking compensator(SWC), and obtained the world's unique invention patent.
